Led by The Beryl Institute, Patient Experience Week is an annual gathering that offers the chance for organizations to celebrate accomplishments, reevaluate and energize their efforts and ideas, and honor the industry’s best who work tirelessly day in and day out to improve the patient experience.
We take our role seriously as a medical linen service in Salem, OR, and our goal is do whatever it takes to help our clients give their patients superior care. For us, that means offering linens, gowns and bed sheets that are as comfortable as they come, so each patient who uses our products can feel a little closer to home when they’re in a medical facility.
We’re proud of our contribution toward bettering the patient experience, and we were inspired to celebrate Patient Experience Week and learn about what our peers were doing to enhance the industry from their perspectives and areas of expertise.
